Terms of service

Purchase
All orders will only be validated once payment has been accepted. StarPopcard.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer over a previous order. StarPopcard.com may accept orders while stocks last. It informs the Customer of the availability of Products sold on the Site at the time of order confirmation. If, despite StarPopcard.com's vigilance, the Products are unavailable, StarPopcard will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel the order and be reimbursed for any sums already paid. StarPopcard shall not be held liable for any permanent or temporary unavailability, nor shall such unavailability entitle the Customer to any compensation or damages whatsoever.

Product and/or service
The colors and images of our products that appear on the site are not contractual. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service we offer, or to reduce or cancel quantities purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, may appear to come from merchants, resellers or distributors.

Prices
Prices shown on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery costs will be indicated in the Customer's basket, before the order is finally confirmed.

Order processing times
In general, orders are processed within 48 hours (except on weekends and public holidays). Orders validated on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. All delivery times are estimated from the date your order leaves our processing center. For delivery, please allow 3 to 5 working days from the time the order leaves our processing center.

Lost or stolen parcels
StarPopcard cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels for which shipment to the address indicated in the order has been confirmed. Upon request only, StarPopcard will confirm shipment to the address indicated, specifying the date, providing tracking and carrier information to assist the customer in making inquiries.

Incorrect shipping details
In the event of a package being returned to StarPopcard due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the goods and redelivery. StarPopcard cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.

Tracking your order
When customers' orders are ready to be dispatched, they receive a delivery confirmation e-mail. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of registration and arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. The confirmation e-mail contains shipment details and the order tracking number. For tracking, please visit the carrier's website.

Return
In accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders concerning the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As the Products offered by StarPopcard are personalized by the information provided by the Customer, no returns can be made.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the site. It is also possible to pay by money order or bank transfer by contacting StarPopcard directly. To this end, the Customer authorizes StarPopcard to debit his/her bank card for the amount indicated when the order is placed.

Exclusions of Warranty
Since results are personal, no results can be guaranteed to the Customer as a result of using the Products and Services provided by StarPopcard via the Site. We do not guarantee that the results will be accurate or reliable. The Customer expressly agrees that its use of, or inability to use, the Service is at its sole risk. StarPopcard shall not be held liable for any malfunction affecting the proper performance of the product offered, where such malfunction is not due to StarPopcard's fault but is caused by improper use or maintenance of the product.
